Candidate Invited / Preferential country athletes (Europe, USA, Australia, Asian neighboring countries) Domestic Corporate team, student federation team.

Categorazied as Asia Pro Tour 1.2 of UCI, or the International Cycling Union, this 200km distance is the longest of all road races in Japan. Heated competition among invited pro-cycling teams from abroad and Japan's top road racing teams will unfold in the northern Okinawa Island.

Candidate Invited / Preferential country athletes (Europe, USA, Australia, Asian neighboring countries) registered with invited national teams with the classication of 25th ranking or higher, or women of high school age or older registered with her respective national bicycle federation.
* Overseas team invitations will be handled depending on the situation
